Antique & Vintage Postcards

A 1st Lieutenant in the 348th Infantry, stationed in England en route to WWI service in France, sent this Winchester souvenir home to his wife in New Jersey — the card passed through official AEF censorship, its rubber-stamped "O.K. Censorship" mark still visible beside the ornate 15th-century Butter Cross depicted on the front. Issued on American YMCA stationery, it's a small but genuine piece of a soldier's wartime correspondence home.
