Sepia photographic view of the Tate Gallery (now Tate Britain) in London, showing its imposing neoclassical facade on Grosvenor Road near Vauxhall Bridge — a grand Corinthian-columned entrance portico crowned by a figure of Britannia, flanked by lower wings with arched openings and decorative sculptural details. Iron railings line the forecourt. Published by C. F. Castle's "Lesco Series," 125 Murchison Road, Leyton, Essex, printed in England. The reverse carries printed text identifying and describing the gallery.
