The sender, Chas, was clearly a busy traveler and worker, tapping out a typewritten message on the correspondence side (an unusual touch for a postcard) noting he'd been in Johnson City that morning, visited a friend in the afternoon, and still had six weeks of school work ahead. The card was sent to Mrs. Cole at 668 Inca Street, Denver, Colorado, postmarked from what appears to be "Johnson City, Tenn." or a nearby cancel on July 20, 1923.
