The E.C. Kropp Company of Milwaukee produced this card for New Orleans News Co. under their "Natural Color Card" branding, a quality linen process competing with Curteich through the 1930s–1950s. The "Place Stamp Here" box carries no rate indication, and the card is unused, likely dating to the late 1930s or 1940s when Kropp was at peak output. The back proudly proclaims: New Orleans — America's Most Interesting City.
