The three-story Romanesque Revival building dominates the composition, its steep slate-colored mansard roof punctuated by dormers, a corner turret with a conical cap, and a bold chimney stack climbing the left facade; young trees line a curved walkway leading to an arched main entrance with stone steps. The colorist has rendered the brick in warm terra cotta and the sky in a hazy powder blue, giving the card the optimistic civic pride typical of the Divided Back era. Published locally by Frank B.
