Antique & Vintage Postcards

With a playful "Guess who this is from" scrawled across the image in confident cursive, this early undivided-back postcard carries all the charm of Edwardian epistolary games — the card itself depicts the handsome Romanesque Revival Memorial Library of Malden, Massachusetts, its round turret wrapped in brick and crowned with a conical slate cap, ivy creeping up the stone façade, and bare autumn elms framing the scene — published by the Souvenir Post Card Co. of New York and Berlin, it was mailed from Malden Station in 1906 with a one-cent Franklin stamp to Emily in Kittery, Maine, where P.O. Box 13 awaited her mystery correspondent's reveal.
