Two Singer sewing machines and three women in richly embroidered Romanian national dress fill this 1892 chromolithograph trade card — one of 36 in Singer's celebrated "Costumes of All Nations" series, boxed sets of which were distributed at the Singer booth during the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago. Unusual within the series for showing two machines rather than one.
