Published in Tuck's celebrated Oilette format and captioned "Old Cottages at Wembley Park, Middlesex," this card is a rare and historically fascinating document: within two decades of its printing, the fields and lanes around Wembley Park would be transformed beyond recognition by the 1924 British Empire Exhibition and the construction of the original Wembley Stadium. Unposted and in excellent condition, this is a genuinely scarce pre-development view.
